Why do I need Avviare’s Antibacterial Bedding and Towels?

The average human spends 8 hrs a day- that's 1/3 of their lifetime- in bed. But bedsheets and towels are the breeding ground of bacteria that causes everything from acne to respiratory infections. Lab tests confirmed that swabs from pillowcases unwashed for 1 week harbored 17,000 times more colonies of bacteria than samples taken from a toilet seat. Because the increased bacteria count produces stronger bad odours over time along with sheets and towels harbouring grime and germs, there is a recognized need for a product that is “self-cleaning” in nature and reduces laundry loads which Avvaire fulfills.

 

Are these products clinically tested?

Yes. Avviare products underwent rigorous laboratory testing by Intertek Laboratories. Intertek Laboratory is an industry leader with 130 years of experience performing tests for companies with a current global operation that boasts 46000 employees in 1,000 locations in over 100 countries. As per Intertek Laboratories’ reports, the bedsheets and towels infused with the silver nanoparticle technology were tested as per ATCC6538 and ATCC4352 tests and results indicated that the silver nanoparticle treatment caused a reduction of  Staphylocaucus Aureus (acne causing and skin irritating bacteria) and Kleibsella Pneumonei (respiratory infection causing bacteria) by 99.9%.

 

Is it safe for use against the sensitive skin?

Yes! Our products use organic silver for antimicrobial properties. Cytotoxicity tests show that these products have no influence on the natural microflora of the skin (body tolerance according to cytotoxicity test 2006, ITV Denkendorf, Hohenstein Institutes 2011).

 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

We produce each set of bed sheets and towels with the utmost care and attention to detail. We know you are excited about receiving your order, but please allow us 2-3 weeks of lead time to manufacture your order and ship it to you.  

 

How does the 30 day trial work?

At Avviare we strive for customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our product, within the first 30 days of receiving your order, simply send an email to info@avviare.com with your order number, reason for return, and pictures outlining condition of product. We will be more than happy to provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. But international orders are considered final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

How do I process an exchange?

Exchanges are always free at Avviare. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product, please reach out to customercare@avviare.com with your order number, name of product that you want exchanged, product that you want to exchange for as well as the condition of the product you initially received. A member of our team will be happy to assist you with your exchange.
