Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
At Avviare we strive for customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our product, within the first 30 days of receiving your order, simply send an email to info@avviare.com with your order number, reason for return, and pictures outlining condition of product. We will be more than happy to provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. International orders are considered final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged.
*Please note – Return shipping label is only provided for residents of Canada and international orders are considered final sale.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, shipping times are not guaranteed by the shippers. However, we are doing our best to ship out any orders as soon as they are received. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for items that do not arrive by their specified date or time.
For international orders, if for any reason you do not receive your order, we will gladly ship you a replacement at no charge.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always free at Avviare. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product, please reach out to customercare@avviare.com with your order number, name of product that you want exchanged, product that you want to exchange for as well as the condition of the product you initially received. A member of our team will be happy to assist you with your exchange.
Received incorrect order
In the rare event that you do not get the product that you ordered, please reach out to us at customercare@avviare.com with your order number and pictures of the item received and we will be happy to ship the correct order out to you. Refunds will be provided for the shipment of incorrect orders.
Sale items
All sale or clearance items are considered final sale. No refunds or exchanges are allowed on such items.
