Shipping policy
At Avviare we strive for customer satisfaction. We are happy to give you a 30 day free trial of our products. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our product, within the first 30 days of receiving your order, simply send an email to info@avviare.com with your order number, reason for return, and pictures outlining condition of product. We will be more than happy to provide you with a replacement product or a prepaid return shipping label along with a refund. International orders outside of North America are considered final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged.
*Please note – Return shipping label is only provided for residents of Canada and America. All international orders are considered final sale.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, shipping times are not guaranteed by the shippers. However, we are doing our best to ship out any orders as soon as they are received. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for items that do not arrive by their specified date or time.
For international orders outside of North America, if for any reason you do not receive your order, we will gladly ship you a replacement at no charge.
Exchanges
Exchanges are always free at Avviare. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange your product, please reach out to customercare@avviare.com with your order number, name of product that you want exchanged, product that you want to exchange for as well as the condition of the product you initially received. Please include supporting pictures. A member of our team will be happy to assist you with your exchange.
